SingTown Technology's AI smart camera solution, developed based on the OpenMV platform, utilizes machine vision and image recognition technology to enable real-time detection and feedback control of the robotic arm's gripping status.
After monitoring the robotic arm gripper area through the camera, the AI algorithm analyzes the gripper opening and closing angle, changes in object contours, and morphological characteristics at the moment of grasping to determine whether the grasping is successful.
