In modern manufacturing and logistics management, accurately identifying product codes and character information is a crucial step for achieving logistics traceability, enhancing inventory management, and ensuring quality control. SingTown Technology's AI smart camera solution, based on the OpenMV platform, applies computer vision and machine vision algorithms to character recognition, enabling high-precision, real-time automated inspection.

The system captures surface images of products through cameras and utilises AI algorithms to analyse the shape, size, colour, and position of characters, enabling rapid identification of information such as printed codes, barcodes, and QR codes.
