In scientific research experiments, chemical analysis, and industrial quality control, weak fluorescence signals often carry critical information. However, traditional detection methods exhibit low sensitivity in low-light environments, making it difficult to achieve precise and real-time automated monitoring.
SingTown Technology基於OpenMV平台嘅智能相機解決方案,利用邊緣人工智能驅動嘅圖像識別同機器視覺演算法,實現對微弱螢光嘅精準捕捉同分析。
The system utilises high-sensitivity cameras to capture fluorescence emission images, enhances signals and filters background noise through AI algorithms, and accurately locates fluorescence regions and intensity variations. Computer vision technology further analyses fluorescence morphology, distribution, and dynamic changes, providing data support for scientific research experiments, chemical reaction monitoring, or industrial inspection.
The OpenMV intelligent camera offers advantages such as low power consumption, compact size, and high response speed. It can be deployed at the edge on experimental equipment, production lines, or mobile monitoring devices, enabling long-term, continuous fluorescence detection without reliance on cloud computing. Users can also customise training models based on experimental requirements to improve recognition accuracy for specific fluorescence wavelengths or colours.
