In the fields of mineral processing, industrial processing, and warehouse management, the colour and surface characteristics of ores serve as crucial criteria for sorting and processing. Traditional manual identification is inefficient and prone to errors, making it difficult to meet the demands of high-speed, large-scale ore handling.

SingTown Technology's AI smart camera solution, developed on the OpenMV platform, achieves precise identification and classification of black and white ores through machine vision and computer vision technologies.

The system captures real-time images of ore through cameras, and AI algorithms analyse the ore's colour, brightness, texture, and shape characteristics to quickly distinguish between black and white ore.
