The printing plant has developed an AI machine vision printing defect detection system based on SingTown's OpenMV intelligent camera recognition technology, achieving an upgrade from traditional manual inspection to intelligent detection. The system captures images of printed products in real-time using high-speed cameras and automatically compares parameters such as patterns, colours, and alignment accuracy through computer vision algorithms, accurately identifying defects such as missing prints, colour deviations, blurring, and stains.
Compared to manual inspection, AI visual inspection is more stable, precise, and high-speed, significantly reducing errors and costs.
