The system employs cameras to capture images of the workbench surface. AI algorithms precisely identify the bottle's outline, colour features, and spatial position, calculating the two-dimensional or three-dimensional coordinates of the bottle body. The recognition data can be transmitted in real-time to the robotic arm control system through communication interfaces, enabling automatic identification, grasping, and placement.
The system fit well for different light, background, and bottle material, making sure recognition and positioning remain sharp even for tough factory setting.
