SingTown Technology's AI smart camera solution, developed based on the OpenMV platform, utilizes machine vision and image recognition technology to enable real-time detection and feedback control of the robotic arm's gripping status.
After monitoring the robotic arm gripper area through the camera, the AI algorithm analyses the gripper opening and closing angle, changes in object contours, and morphological characteristics at the moment of grasping to determine whether the grasping is successful. If issues such as unstable grip, dropping, or lack of contact are detected, the system can immediately provide feedback signals to control the robotic arm in adjusting its posture or re-executing the task, significantly improving operational accuracy.
