The AI neural network model identifies targets based on their size and morphological characteristics, using forklift dimensions (approximately 1.2×1.5 meters, height 0.2–2 meters) as the standard. It combines deep learning and contour detection algorithms to determine the target category and movement direction.

A single OpenMV smart camera can stably recognize within a certain range without additional sensors. Moreover, the system's automatic exposure, white balance, and real-time motion detection functions ensure stable operation and accurate judgment even under changing lighting conditions or when the target is moving.

SingTown Technology's OpenMV smart camera possesses edge computing and I/O control capabilities. Its recognition results can directly trigger door control relays, enabling local automatic opening and closing without the need for external servers, with a latency of less than 50 milliseconds.
