Product Introduction
SingTown AI Vision Module, priced at 249, requires no programming, no expansion board, and no lens replacement. Its functions are limited to neural network object detection and classification, but it offers high performance. It can run YOLOv5s for object detection at 15 frames per second and can be trained on any desired subject. It features 64MB RAM, 16MB FLASH, high computing power with 1T OPS (int4) and 0.5T OPS (int8), and includes an NPU.
Users only need to use our SingTown Cloud Service to train neural network models online. Training can be completed in just 10 minutes, resulting in models and code suitable for the SingTown AI Vision Module. Then, simply place the model and code into the camera to enable automatic offline operation. Results such as object detection or classification, along with position coordinates, will be transmitted via the serial port and can be sent to other user controllers. Power can be supplied by connecting VIN GND to a 5V voltage source or via USB, and both methods can be used simultaneously.

The difference between SingTown AI Vision Module and OpenMV Cam:
1. The OpenMV Cam achieves its functions through Python programming, offering not only AI capabilities but also a wide range of general image processing features.
2. The SingTown AI Vision Module is specifically designed for AI applications. It can train neural networks via the SingTown AI Cloud Service, transmit operation results through a serial port, and is not programmable. When running neural network object detection, it achieves 15FPS with YOLOv5s, offering significantly higher neural network performance compared to the OpenMV Cam.
3. The SingTown AI Vision Module and OpenMV are not in conflict and can be used complementarily. If only neural network object detection or classification is needed, the SingTown AI Vision Module can be used. If programming, other image processing algorithms, additional expansion board functions, or different lenses are required, OpenMV can be utilized. The SingTown AI Vision Module and OpenMV can also be used simultaneously, with the SingTown AI Vision Module capable of sending neural network detection data to OpenMV via serial communication.
