After the camera captures the surface image of the workpiece, image recognition algorithms are employed to analyze shape, grayscale, edge, and reflective characteristics, accurately determining the presence of screw holes, their centering, and whether the aperture meets standards. For parts that are visually similar but structurally different (such as solid discs and hollow nuts), the system can automatically distinguish and classify them, preventing assembly misuse.
AI algorithms can be tailored for training, supporting the detection of components with varying specifications, materials, and gloss levels. Integrated with the conveyor system, the recognition results can be directly output to robotic arms or sorting devices, enabling fully automated sorting and quality screening.
