The system employs cameras to capture images of the workbench surface. AI algorithms precisely identify the bottle's outline, color characteristics, and spatial position, calculating the two-dimensional or three-dimensional coordinates of the bottle body. The recognition data can be transmitted in real-time to the robotic arm control system through communication interfaces, facilitating automatic identification, grasping, and placement.
The system can adapt to varying lighting conditions, backgrounds, and bottle materials, ensuring high recognition rates and positioning accuracy even in complex industrial environments.
