SingTown AI Vision Module, price 249, it requires no programming, no expansion board, no lens change. Its functions are limited to neural network object detection and classification, but it offers high performance. Object detection running YOLOv5s can achieve 15 frames per second, and it can train anything you wish to train. It features 64MB RAM, 16MB FLASH, 1T OPS (int4), 0.5T OPS (int8) high computing power, and includes an NPU.

Users only need to utilise our SingTown Cloud Service to train neural network models online. Training can be completed in 10 minutes, resulting in a model and code suitable for the SingTown AI Vision Module. The model and code can then be loaded into the camera to run automatically offline and without an internet connection. Results such as object detection or classification, position coordinates, etc., are transmitted via the serial port and can be relayed to the user's other main controllers. Power is supplied via VIN GND connected to a 5V voltage source, or via USB power, both of which can be used simultaneously.

1. The OpenMV Cam utilises Python programming to achieve its functions, offering not only AI capabilities but also a wide range of general image processing features.

It can train neural networks via the SingTown AI Cloud Service, transmit operational results through a serial port, and is not programmable. When running neural network object detection, it achieves 15FPS with YOLOv5s, offering significantly higher neural network performance compared to the OpenMV Cam.

3. The SingTown AI Vision Module and OpenMV are not in conflict and can be used complementarily. If only neural network object detection or classification is required, the SingTown AI Vision Module can be used. If programming, other image processing algorithms, additional expansion board functionalities, or different lenses are needed, OpenMV can be employed. The SingTown AI Vision Module and OpenMV can also be used simultaneously, with the SingTown AI Vision Module capable of sending neural network detection data to OpenMV via a serial port.
