The OpenMV N6 is a small, low-power microcontroller board that enables you to easily implement real-world machine vision applications. You program the OpenMV N6 using high-level Python scripts (courtesy of theMicroPythonOperating System) rather than C/C++. This simplifies handling the complex outputs of machine vision algorithms and working with high-level data structures. However, you retain full control over your OpenMV N6 and its I/O pins using Python. You can easily trigger image and video capture in response to external events or execute machine vision algorithms to determine how to control your I/O pins.
The OpenMV N6 features:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE I/O PINS OF THE N6 ARE NOT 5 V TOLERANT! DO NOT CONNECT THE DEVICE DIRECTLY TO A 5 V MCU SUCH AS THE ARDUINO MEGA.
You must power the N6 using VIN. The 3.3 V pins are outputs only. VIN has a maximum voltage input of 5.7 V. If you need to supply a voltage higher than 5.7 V, please use one of our new shields with 6 V–36 V switching regulator inputs.

Electrical Information:
All pins are 3.3 V tolerant with 3.3 V output. All pins can sink or source up to 20 mA. VIN may be between 4.7 V and 5.7 V. Do not draw more than 250 mA from your OpenMV Cam’s 3.3 V rail.
Performance Specifications:
Full Power: 150 mA @ 5 V(0.75 W)
Deep Sleep: 1,6 mA @ 3,7 V (~6 mW, via BAT connector)
