The system is installed on both sides of the warehouse door, capturing real-time images of entry and exit scenarios. It identifies the type of entering objects through target detection and size recognition algorithms.

The AI neural network model identifies targets based on their size and morphological characteristics, using forklift dimensions (approximately 1.2×1.5 meters, height 0.2–2 meters) as the standard. It combines deep learning and contour detection algorithms to determine the target category and direction of movement.

A single OpenMV smart camera can achieve stable recognition within a certain range without the need for additional sensors. Moreover, the system's automatic exposure, white balance, and real-time motion detection capabilities ensure stable operation and accurate judgment even under varying lighting conditions or when the target is moving.

SingTown OpenMV Smart Camera features edge computing and I/O control capabilities. Recognition results can directly trigger gate control relays, enabling local automatic opening and closing without external servers, with latency below 50 milliseconds.
