The AI neural network model identifies targets based on their dimensions and morphological characteristics, using forklift dimensions (approximately 1.2×1.5 metres, height 0.2–2 metres) as the standard. It combines deep learning and contour detection algorithms to determine target categories and movement directions.
A single OpenMV intelligent camera can achieve stable recognition within a certain range without requiring additional sensors. Moreover, the system's automatic exposure, white balance, and real-time motion detection capabilities ensure stable operation and accurate judgment even under varying lighting conditions or when the target is moving.
SingTown OpenMV smart camera features edge computing and I/O control capabilities. Its recognition results can directly trigger gate control relays, enabling local automatic opening and closing without external servers, with latency under 50 milliseconds.
