The system is installed on both sides of the warehouse door, capturing real-time images of entry and exit scenarios. It identifies the type of entering objects through target detection and size recognition algorithms.
The AI neural network model, based on target size and morphological recognition features, uses forklift dimensions (approximately 1.2×1.5 metres, height 0.2–2 metres) as the standard, combining deep learning and contour detection algorithms to determine target category and direction of movement.
A single OpenMV intelligent camera can achieve stable recognition within a certain range without the need for additional sensors. Moreover, the system's automatic exposure, white balance, and real-time motion detection capabilities ensure stable operation and accurate judgment even under changing lighting conditions or when the target is moving.
SingTown Technology's OpenMV smart camera possesses edge computing and I/O control capabilities. Its recognition results can directly trigger gate control relays, enabling local automatic opening and closing without the need for external servers, with a latency of less than 50 milliseconds.
