In laboratory and industrial production, liquid extraction phase separation serves as a crucial indicator for analyzing purity and determining the success of reactions. However, traditional manual observation is not only inefficient and prone to subjective inaccuracies but also difficult to achieve real-time monitoring. SingTown Technology's intelligent camera solution, based on the OpenMV platform and integrated with AI and computer vision algorithms, enables automatic detection and phase separation recognition of liquid states within containers, thereby eliminating the need for manual observation.
The system analyzes the colour of the liquid surface and interior, light refraction, and transparency changes through image recognition algorithms to automatically determine whether stratification, turbidity, floating matter, or sedimentation occurs. The edge-side AI model can learn the colour and texture characteristics of different liquid samples, thereby adapting to various experimental scenarios, such as chemical extraction, oil-water separation, waste liquid treatment, and pharmaceutical development.
This intelligent camera supports continuous image capture and real-time alert functionality, capable of immediately outputting signals or triggering recordings upon anomaly detection. The embedded vision system features a compact structure and low power consumption, allowing for easy deployment on experimental equipment, industrial pipelines, or monitoring consoles to achieve unattended detection.
